  • What are the payment options available?

    We accept payments by credit card and bank transfers.

  • Do we offer gift cards?

    We do not offer gift cards at this point.

  • What is our shipping policy?

    Once your payment has been received by us, your order should take between 5 to 7 business days to be dispatched via courier to you.

    The time taken for you to receive your order will depend on where you live.




  • What if my order does not arrive?

    We dispatch orders using reputable couriers with strict delivery policies and schedules.

    Unfortunately on the rare occasion things can go missing with couriers. Should this happen with your order please send us an email with your order number and we will immediately investigate.

  • What is our returns policy?

    Provided the goods are unopened and unused, you may return item(s) to us for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item(s) to us.

    In the unlikely event the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error, we will arrange for those items to be shipped back to us at our cost.

    Without exception, we will not accept returns on damaged, opened or used items, unless the item was faulty.

    Please check all parcels carefully, by signing for a consignment you are formally accepting the goods in the condition in which they were received.

    All returns must be attached with a copy of your invoice.
